It was all so perfectly planned…

Brooke and Tim had flown into Dallas from Orange County to visit some friends the night before. Then on Saturday evening Brooke and her friends were supposed to pick up another one of their girlfriends at Love Field Airport and head out for a girls night out. Or so she thought.

When she arrived at Love Field, she saw none other than Tim walking towards her down the stairs – a massive smile spread across his face. A brief moment of confusion passed as she said to her friends, “What’s Tim doing here?” And then began to put the pieces together….

As the moment sunk in, Tim walked towards her and they met in an emotional embrace. And well, I’m sure you can guess the rest. No sooner had the words left Tim’s mouth, did Brooke scream “Yes! Yes!”. And just like that, they were officially engaged!

Oh and by the way, These two couldn’t have a more adorable story. Both having grown up in Orange County, they first started dating in high school. Yes, that’s right. These two are high school sweethearts!

Then fast forward a few years, and they both wound up in Dallas – Brooke attending SMU and Tim interning for Southwest Airlines (where I had the pleasure of working with Tim as a Southwest employee myself!)

And of course, fate intertwined… These two picked right back up where they left off. Although a long-distance Cali-Texas relationship was eventually in their cards. Dallas Love Field took Brooke and Tim apart, and brought them back together so many times. And now it had brought them together one final time…

This was one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever had the joy of capturing. (And Tim, can I just say… Excellent job on that ring – I mean WOW). After the incredible and emotion-filled proposal, these two headed to The Rustic to celebrate with friends and family. And it couldn’t have been a more joyous occasion!

Brooke and Tim, I’m so incredible happy for you both! Thank you so much for allowing me the honor of capturing such an important moment in your beautiful love story.
