Little Sage giggled and laughed as Josh tossed her up in the air, Lindsey smiling up at her over Josh’s shoulder. She was having the time of her life, as all little ones should. The world is just one giant playground to her, and she was set on exploring every inch of it. Every so often she would slip on the desert’s loose dirt, but Josh would pick her up and tell her she was okay. She would brush off her skirt, and the smile would be back on her face in no time.
I am beyond blessed to call these three family. Sage may be too little to understand just how blessed she is, but someday she will. She is surrounded by parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and more who absolutely adore her. Her presence has brought so much light to our family. I can’t even begin to describe how much love I have for this sweet niece of mine. Her personality is really beginning to shine, and she is so beautiful inside and out.
Although I wish Arizona and Texas weren’t so far apart, they’re closer than Arizona and Hawaii! I’m happy to be able to see these three more often now that we are back in Texas. And especially when we can find an excuse to meet up in the stunning Arizona desert.
Lindsey and Josh, you two are doing such an incredible job of raising this little girl. She is so blessed to have you as parents. As much as I want her to stay this small, I can’t wait to watch her grow up and see all the things she will accomplish. Be proud and know that you guys are crushing the parent game. 😉
Love you guys so much!
