A couple of months ago, I had the joy of photographing Jeremy and Mackenzie’s wedding – two dear friends of mine that had been dating since we were in junior high school. I was still getting over how incredibly beautiful their wedding was, when Jeremy’s little sister Maddie reached out to me…

It turns out Maddie had some exciting news of her own! Her and her boyfriend Danny were expecting a little baby boy in January 2021!! So much joy for the Lang family inside of this crazy year!

I didn’t get the chance to know Maddie when we were growing up, but I am so glad I was finally given that opportunity. She is gorgeous, funny, and kind, and I have no doubt that she’s going to make the most incredible Mama to this little guy.

Maddie and Danny, I’m so honored that you chose me to capture this beautiful milestone in your life’s story. I know our session was on the chilly side, but it was totally worth those gorgeous fall colors! I still cannot get over how incredible you looked! Seferino Elijah is already so, so loved before he’s even entered this world. And you two are already the best parents in the world to him. He is so blessed and he doesn’t even know it!
