Oh my goodness, Valaree Sanchez! You are so beautiful I just can’t get over it!

Let me tell you the little backstory to this sweet session….

The Sanchez Family was one of my first families ever to photograph back when I started this business! Valaree’s mom, Elva, was so sweet to trust me (a young, aspiring photographer who, let’s be honest, wasn’t quite sure what she was doing back then) to capture their precious family’s memories! We did a Fall Session, a Winter Session, and a Spring Session to celebrate their oldest daughter, Emilee’s, senior year! (Click the links if you want to see how much Valaree and I have both grown!)

Now here we are, 4 years later, and it’s Valaree’s turn! She was in the 8th grade when I first met her. Now she’s a senior in high school about to head off to college!! Of course she was beautiful back in 2016, but I cannot get over what a stunning young woman she has grown into!

There is no greater joy for me than getting to photography my clients at different stages of their lives. In this crazy world, everything seems to move passed in such a blur… But every once in a while, if you pay attention, you get to witness another’s beautiful life story unfolding and transforming within that blur.

Elva, thank you so much for trusting me once again with your family’s sweet memories. I’m truly so honored that I can help you slow down time as your babies grow up right before your eyes. They are beautiful and kind, and you should be so incredibly proud. Valaree, I can’t wait to see the woman you become and the path your life takes you down. You’re going to do amazing things!!
