There’s something so magical about summertime love… I recently had the pleasure of photographing Loren and Zach’s summer engagement session in Downtown Dallas and the Dallas Arboretum. From the moment we met, it was clear that these two were simply meant to be. Their playful, easy-going nature made our session feel less like work and more like a celebration of their love. I’m so excited to give you a glimpse into their beautiful love story.

We started the shoot in Downtown Dallas… With the morning sun peeking through the skyscrapers, Loren and Zach showed off their chic and classy attire. Loren stunned in a playful but elegant white cocktail dress, while Zach looked so dapper in his black tailored suit. They popped some celebratory champagne and strolled through the city streets hand-in-hand, exchanging sweet glances, kisses, and giggles.

We then headed to the Dallas Arboretum for a change of scenery. The garden was bursting with color, which made the most romantic backdrop for Loren and Zach’s second look – a beautiful floral dress and sharp navy jacket with khakis. Here, we created the most effortlessly stunning, candid images as they played and laughed with each other amid the beautiful rose gardens. The result was truly magical.

Throughout the entire shoot, Loren and Zach were overflowing with joy and love for each other (despite the cruel summer heat). I suppose you just can’t dampen the excitement of knowing you’re about to marry your soulmate! It was an absolute delight to photograph these two and document such a beautiful chapter in their love story.
