It’s that time of year! Time for New Year’s resolutions, goal setting, excitement over the promise of a new year, but best of all… time to look back on another incredible year! I’m so excited to share some of our favorite highlights from our 2017 weddings and couples! A year seems like such a long time, but they always fly by so fast! Moving to Hawaii has caused this year to be a bit of a blur for me. So it has been so much fun to be able to slow things down and reminisce on all of 2017’s amazing moments.

The first half of this year brought us to some incredible venues in my home state of Texas. From stunning barn venues, like The Big White Barn and Oak Knoll Ranch, to a gorgeous vineyard setting at Lost Oak Winery, to breathtaking private residences on the sprawling ranches of Texas.  I have to say, I’m proud to call that state my home when I look back at some of those incredible places.

Then the second half of the year brought us to a very different setting. We moved to Hawaii! And since then, our backdrop has been turquoise waters, swaying palm trees, majestic mountains, and endless white sand. Sounds like paradise right? It is!! I still can’t quite believe that I actually live here. AND that I get to photograph sweet couples in one of the most gorgeous, romantic settings in the world for a my job.

I am most certainly blessed beyond measure. Taking a look back at this year has made me so grateful to be a photographer. It’s an incredible privilege to be able to capture these wonderful moments for all of these amazing couples. I can’t thank you guys enough for trusting me with your memories! I hope you enjoy this look back on 2017! Happy New Year!!
